iVisaPortal provides professional immigration assistance for Australian visas through a registered migration agent. We are a private consultancy and are not the Australian Government, nor are we affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs or OMARA.

Engagement and fees

If you choose to engage us, we will provide a written services agreement, a Consumer Guide, and a fixed-fee quote for our professional services before any work begins. Our fees are separate from Australian Government visa application charges.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee any visa outcome. All decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs under the Migration Act 1958 and Migration Regulations 1994.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZA Logistics Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law or our obligations as a registered migration agent.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. As clients of a registered migration agent, you also have the right to make a complaint to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Details are provided in the Consumer Guide we give you before any work begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, in respect of your use of this website, without affecting any non-excludable obligations that apply to the provision of immigration assistance under Australian law.
