This website is not a government website.

Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN): 2318249. You can verify this registration directly on the official MARA register of migration agents.
Optional, independent service
Engaging a migration agent is optional. You are free to prepare and lodge any Australian visa application directly with the Department of Home Affairs yourself, usually through ImmiAccount, or to engage any registered migration agent of your choice.
Fees
Our professional service fees are separate from, and additional to, any Australian Government visa application charges (VACs). Government charges are payable to the Department of Home Affairs and are set by the Australian Government.
No guarantee of outcome
No migration agent can guarantee the outcome of a visa application. All visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs in accordance with the Migration Act 1958 and Migration Regulations 1994. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute personal migration advice until a written services agreement is in place.
Consumer protection and complaints
As a registered migration agent we are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, and you are protected by it. Before we begin work you will receive a written services agreement and the Department's Consumer Guide, which explains your rights. If you are ever unhappy with our service, you may raise a complaint with us directly, and you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), the government body that regulates migration agents.
