iVisaPortal is not a government website and is not affiliated with the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, or OMARA. Immigration assistance is provided by a registered migration agent (Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN): 2318249).
Professional service fees
Our fees are professional service fees for immigration assistance. The specific fees, scope, payment schedule and any refund arrangements for your matter are set out in the written services agreement you receive before any work begins.
Government charges
Australian Government visa application charges (VACs) are paid to the Department of Home Affairs and are governed by the Australian Government's rules. The Department, not iVisaPortal, determines whether any government charge is refundable. We do not control or refund government charges.
Work already performed
Where professional work has already been performed under a services agreement, fees for that work are generally non-refundable, as set out in your agreement. We always set out fees and refund terms clearly in writing before you commit.
How to request a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your services agreement, contact us at support@ivisaportal.com and we will deal with your request in good faith and in accordance with your agreement and our obligations as a registered migration agent.
