iVisaPortal is the Australian visa and migration consultancy brand of ZA Logistics Inc. Our purpose is simple: to give people clear, honest, professional help navigating Australia's complex and ever-changing migration system. We are a private business, not a government agency.
Regulated immigration assistance
In Australia, providing immigration assistance is a regulated activity. Only a registered migration agent — or an Australian legal practitioner — may lawfully provide it. Our immigration assistance is provided by a registered migration agent who is authorised under the Migration Act 1958 and accountable to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), part of the Department of Home Affairs.
Bound by the Code of Conduct
As a registered migration agent we are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. The Code sets strict standards for honesty, competence, diligence, fee transparency, confidentiality and client care. You can read the Code of Conduct and verify our registration on the official MARA register at any time.
Honest expectations
We will always give you a realistic view of your prospects, even when it isn't the answer you were hoping for. No migration agent can guarantee a visa outcome — all decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs. What we can promise is diligence, transparency, and a decision-ready application.
Transparent fees
Our professional service fees are quoted up front as a fixed amount for your matter, set out in a written services agreement before we begin. These fees are separate from any Australian Government visa application charges, which are payable to the Department of Home Affairs. You are always free to deal with the Department directly yourself.
